I, E.F. ODOJOR, ESQ. Attorney to your Landlord Mr. Ikechukwu Blessing
Gannyi on his behalf give you notice that effective from the 1 st day of March,
2023 the rent for the One Bedroom apartment situate at Mr. Ikechukwu Blessing
Gannyi Compound, Anglican Junction, by Ogbesedi Quarters, off Okotomi Road,
Okpanam, Delta State which you hold of him as a tenant thereof, will be
increased to N200, 000 (Two Hundred Thousand Naira) per annum.
And thenceforth, only timely yearly payment of rent shall be allowed in the said
premises.
Please be guided accordingly when you are renewing your rent which expires on
30th April, 2023.
In the event that this increment is not suitable for you, it will be in your best
interest to pay your arrears of rent and seek alternative accommodation
immediately.
