Earrings x2 (1,75mm hook) Use yellow yarn Make 11ch and F/O. Sew into the lobe. Hair (2,5mm hook) Use white yarn. Count aprox 5 rows above the eye line: this is your starting point. Try to imagine the hair line you want or draw it witha pencil. Insert your hook into the head through 1st and make 1ss. [Make 40ch and starting from 2nd ch from hook make 39sc, then ss into the next st in the head]. Repeat [---] for about 16 times or until you fully sorround the head, guided by the hair line you want to follow. With a piece of black yarn secure the hair in a ponytail. I recommend you to sew the hair to the head to make sure they don't move (you may sew just few parts). 10 Graf Tale STORE Hair Bangs (2,5mm hook) Use white yarn. First one: 1. 16ch, 3ss, 10sc, 2hdc 2. 7ch, 2ss, Isc, 3hdc 3. 5ch, 3ss, Isc. F/O Second one: repeat from 3. to 1. (you'll have a specular one) Sew to the front part of the head, alligned with the hair line. Remember that the longest bangs should fall in front of the ear and not behind it! 11 Horns x2 (1,75mm hook) Start with ora 1) 6sc in mr 2) 6sc 3) 6sc Switch to red 4)8) 6sc 9) 2sc, Idec, 3sc (5) 10) 1sc, 1dec, 2sc (4) 11) dec (2) F/O Belt (2.5mm hook) Use ivory and violet yarn. This piece is made of two long chained strands, twisted together. Use ivory yarn for one piece and violet yarn for the other. Make 5O0ch in ivory and another 5Och in violet. Twitst these two and sew them together. Backside belt x2 (3mm hook) Use ivory and violet yarn, twisted together as you did for the belt. Make (40ch, 39sc) in both colours and twist them together in order to make a sort of “P” shape. Sew them together. Make a second one and do the same thing. 12 Club (2,5mm hook) Use black yarn. Make 6sc in mr for the handle. Leave the hole in the mr open (see pic). Cut yarn. For the club: 1) 6sc in mr 2) [linc, 1sc] x3 (9) 3)}-4) 9sc Stuff lightly as you go 5) 3sc, 1dec, 2sc, 1dec (7) 6) 1sc, 1dec, 2sc, Idec (5) 7}-10) 5sc 11) 2sc, 1dec, 1sc (4) 12) 2sc, 1dec (3) 13 Assembling -Sew the horns to the head, aprox 3 strands of hair away from each other. -Sew the head and the arms to the body. -Dress the doll with the shirt and trousers. Sew the shirt in the front part, leaving a sort of “V" shape that you will decorate with red yarn (few sc will be enough). -Sew the belt to the dress, on the hips level and and then sew the two “P" twitsted parts to the center of the doll's back. ~Cut ina half a toothstick and insert it in the ponytail. (be sure to cut the pointed edges as welll) (more pictures in next page!) 14 When your doll is completely assembled, colour the final parts of the hair with a greenish crayon or a make up pencil. Be sure that the colour you are using does not ruin the white of the shirt or other parts of the doll by leaving spots. Congratulations! Your pretty Yamato is ready! The doll will be aprox.16cm tall.
