RESOLUTION ON FINANCIAL ASSITANCE FOR THE ACTIVITIES IN THE UPCOMING


INTRAMURALS IN LYCEUM NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY URDANETA CAMPUS
WHICH WILL BE HELD ON SEPTEMBER 27- 29, 2022

WHEREAS, the LYCEUM NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY URDANETA CAMPUS will


celebrate once again its annual athletic sports as intramurals, in this line with this, we plan
to commence the said activity this coming September 27 – 29, 2022.

WHEREAS, we humbly to seek your help for financial assistance regarding on the following
proposed activities; search for Mr. and Ms. Intramurals, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton,
Table Tennis, Chess, Dance Sports, Zumba.

WHEREAS, the school lacks of sufficient funds to support this coming intramurals at
LYCEUM NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY URDANETA CAMPUS.

WHEREAS, the amount to be collected will be used for supporting the activities in the
upcoming intramurals on September 27 – 29, 2022.
