ELIGIBILITY & FEE
• Applicant should be a member of at least one
year standing before applying for Fellowship
and should have attended one ISOI National
conference in the last 7 years.
• Application fee is Rs.11,800/- (Rs.10,000/-
+18% GST) for Indian Member.
• US$ 300/- + applicable taxes for Overseas
Member.

• Send completed application form and fee
transaction receipt to the ISOI Secretariat.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
• Apart from implant therapy, patient treatment
must be complete in all aspects of dentistry
including oral prophylaxis, teeth restorations,
prosthetic fixed restorations (except in cases
of implant-supported over-dentures), surgical
or orthodontic interventions etc.
• Untreated edentulous areas (without
rationale), partial dentures, untreated caries
or periodontal conditions, visible calculus &
stains etc. are grounds for rejection.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
• Fellowship may be earned through fulfillment
of 10 cases (10 separate patients) with 1 year
clinical & radiographic follow-up.
• Case presentation shall include;
(i) OPGs – Pre-operative, post-surgical, post-
prosthetic restoration and 1-year post-
prosthetic (above 4 OPGs are mandatory)
(ii) Photographs
(iii)Patients Case history and Summary. 5
PERMISSIONS
• It is the applicant’s responsibility to obtain
all necessary release and no-objection
consents from their respective patients
before submission of their records.
• The submitted material can be used in part
or whole, for educational purpose by the
ISOI & no further permission will need to
be obtained according to ISOI constitution.

RESUBMISSION OF RECORDS
• Fellow applicants can re-submit their
applications after correction (if needed)
only twice after the initial submission.
After this, if the case is rejected, the fee
will be forfeited and the applicant will have
to apply afresh after paying the requisite
fees.
