Employee Self Service (ESS) ‘+ Employee can check his personal details by login into ESS Portal at hitp://wwwinrocess.in/connect ‘© Login ID will be your Employee Code & default Password Is '12345' which you can change post first login. 2. Appointment Letter + An appointment letter is issued to all employees along withthe st month salary cheque. ‘¢ _Anacknowledged copy of appointment leter has to be returned by the employee to Process 3. ID Card ‘© An identity card is issued to all employees. ‘© Inthe event ofthe identity card getting misplaced / lost, a request letter has to be sent to LProcess Office for re-issuance of the same, deduction of Rs. 500/- will be done from your salar. 4. Monthly Salary ‘The mode of payment of frst salary will be cheque only + Submission of copy of PAN Card & Bank Statement (sel-attested) is required against receipt of ast salary cheque. + Thereafter all employees are required to open ICICi Bank salary account endorsed by Process for direct salary transfer in account. Allemployees will receive their salary by 7th of each month through Bank Account Transfer. Mandatory deductions which are required by aw would be automatically deducted for all the employees and statement of all deductions and earnings is provided in the salary slp Incase, you do not have the PAN card, lease apply immediately, You may download PAN application form & other information through www. tin-ned.com ‘© Its suggested to get your PAN Card ASAP as mandated by government authorities ry stip * Allemployees can access Salary slips directly from ESS (Employee Self Services * Note: Your provident fund & ESI number is avallable on salary slip after fist salary. 6 New Salary Account Opening ‘© You will get your ICCl Bank salary account form endorsed) signed from I-Process office for opening the salary account with Icicl Bank, ‘© Ustof all-Process offices is available at the end of this welcome letter. 7. Salary Account Updation - Incase of existing ICICI Bank account in which you want your salary to be transferred. + Youneeds to send or submit us hardcopy of ICICI Bank Statement which should have: © ECode and Employee's Signature. (© ICICI bank’s statement duly stamped by ICIC bank. (© Bank statement should be latest one (three months validity). (© Sean image of duly certified bank statement. ‘+ Note: Bank Statement recelved after 20th would be updated in next cydle. ‘+ Alternatively you can send above documents to our email kye@inracess, 8, Leave Polley ‘+ During probation the employee gets creit of leave at the end of every calendar month Le. 30 days ‘+ Employee is entitled for 2.5 leaves per month after confirmation. Leave entitlement would change after confirmation. Please note that leave fs governed as per company policy & it become due at the end of every calendar month, ‘+ Once the employee Is confirmed the balance leaves that were not credited during probation are given to the employee. Also, leave entitlement per month increases to 2.5 leaves, 9. Maternity Leave: + All married female employees are eligible for Maternity Leave as per Maternity Senefit Act 1961. ‘© Tenure with l-Process should be minimum 9 months to aval the benefit Maximum 182 days maternity leaves can be availed. 10. Provident Fund # Employee contributes 12% of the Basic Salary every month and equal contribution comes from the employer as well which Is deposited by - Process with RPFC, (Regional Provident Fund Commissioner - office, havishyanidhi Bhavan, Plot No 222, CCharkop Market, Charkop Polsor Read, Kandlivall, Mumbal. (Under code no MiH/47808), '* Provident fund accumulation Is being maintained by RPFC (Regional Provident Fund Commission, Mumbai) directly. This Is deposited with tate Bank of India, New Delhi for each ES! location as applicable on us upon each month's salary payment, ‘© At the time of joining, employee has to fill up necessary detalls in Form 1, basis that he is provided TIC (Temporary Identification Certificate} for seeking ESIC Benefit from ESIC department. ‘© Employee has to visit directly to its nominated local ESIC office to get the Permanent Card prepared. # For all sort of benefits related with medical treatment , Maternity benefit, wages for remaining absent due to sickness etc. employee has to approach to its respective dispensary / local ESIC office directly. Confirmation Policy ‘+ All Employees will be on probation for a period of six months from date of joining, ‘+ Post reporting manager's recommendation, the employee's services may be confirmed or probation period may be extended. The confirmation / probation extension of an employee's services will be communicated to him/her through a letter. 13, Personal Accidental Insurance ‘+ Alll:Process Employees are covered under GPA (Group Personal Accident) policy. © Sum Insured per person: Rs. 1 Lakh 14, Sexual Harassment at Work place : ‘© We have internal complaints committee to handle any sexual harassment case reported.
