Dear Ms. Joyce M. Olete,

I am writing to inform you of my resignation as Sales Advisor 1 effective


immediately.
The reason for my resignation is due to my health condition. I did a consultation
with my doctor last September 2, 2021 for I am constantly feeling dizzy, the results of
the tests that were made lead us to identify that I have a Hypertension. The doctor’s
advice is to take a week rest and monitor my blood pressure 3 times a day with a daily
intake of Lozartan.
I understand that absenteeism will affect not only our team but also the
productivity of the site so me and my family decided that for the betterment of the
company and my health, I must resign.
I will be forever grateful and thankful for the opportunity of working in Concentrix.
I will always treasure all the knowledge and skills that I have acquired during my stay in
the company.
You have my full cooperation for a smooth transition of responsibilities. Kindly let
me know how can I give further assistance.
