Routine Urine Test Results 2011

A urine examination was performed on a 29-year-old male patient named Mr. Ketan Chavan. The urine was yellow in color, clear in appearance, acidic in pH, and had a specific gravity of 1.011. Chemical examination found trace amounts of bile pigment and occult blood, while microscopic examination found a few epithelial cells. All other findings from the physical, chemical, and microscopic examinations were normal or absent.
