GREETINGS
When we reach life’s greatest crossroads, the choice of the decision we
make must be done with much faith and love. My dear friends, JULY
AND JUDY have approached these crossroads already with a lot of faith
and a deeply nurtured friendship and love.
Let us then offer our thanks to God for having led them together in this
love. Let us pray that He may bless and consecrate their commitment to
each other and that JULY AND JUDY may freely and lovingly take upon
them the task the Lord has entrusted to them, to live for each other and
their future children, their family, their relatives and friends on their road
through life to God. Let this day be memorable for all of us for the Lord
have given us the blessing in witnessing this.

O God, who in creating the human race willed that man
and wife should be one, join we pray, in a bond of
inseparable love these your servants July & Judy who
are to be united in the covenant of Marriage, so that, as
you make their love fruitful, they may become, by your
grace, witness to charity itself. Through our Lord Jesus
Christ, your son, who lives and reigns with you in the
unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever.
All : Amen.
Commentator: Please be seated for the Liturgy of the Word.
Everyone sits down for the First Reading.
Liturgy of the Word
First Reading
Reader : A reading from the Book of Genesis (2, 18-24):
Then the Lord God said, “It is not good for man to live
alone. I will make a suitable companion to help him.” So He
took some soil from the ground and formed all the animals
and all the birds. Then He brought them to the man to see
what he would name them; and that is how they all got their
names. So the man named all the birds and all the animals;
but not one of them was a suitable companion to help him.
Then the Lord God made the man fall into a deep sleep,
and while he was sleeping, he took out one of the man’s
ribs and closed up the flesh. He formed a woman out of the
rib and brought her to him. Then the man said, “At last, here
is one of my own kind – bone taken from my bone, and
flesh from my flesh. ‘Woman’ is her name because she was
taken out of man.” That is why a man leaves his father and
mother, and is united with his wife, and they become one.
This is the Word of the Lord.
All : Thanks be to God.
8
Responsorial Psalm
Reader : Let our response be: “Happy are those who fear the Lord.”
(Please repeat).
All : HAPPY ARE THOSE WHO FEAR THE LORD
Reader : Happy indeed are all who fear the Lord who walks in the
ways of God. What your hands provide you will enjoy; you
will be happy and prosper.
All : HAPPY ARE THOSE WHO FEAR THE LORD
Reader : Like a fruitful vine your wife within your home, like olive
plants your children around your table. May the Lord bless
you all the days of your life that you may live to see your
children's children.
All : HAPPY ARE THOSE WHO FEAR THE LORD
Second Reading
Reader : A reading from the Letter of Paul to the Corinthians.
Be ambitious for the higher gifts. And I am going to show
you a way that is better than any of them.
If I have all the eloquence of men or of angels but speak
without love, I am simply a gong booming or a cymbal
clashing. If I have the gifts of prophecy, understanding all
the mysteries there are, and knowing everything, and if I
have faith in all its fullness, to move mountains, but without
love, then I am nothing at all. If I give away all that I
possess, piece by piece, and if I even let them take my
body to burn it, but am without love, it will do me no good
whatever.
Love is always patient and kind; it is never rude or selfish; it
does not take offence, and is not resentful. Love takes no
pleasure in other people’s sins but delights in the truth; it is
always ready to excuse, to trust, to hope, and to endure
whatever comes.
Love does not come to an end.
9
The Word of the Lord.

12)
All : Glory to You, O Lord!
Priest : Jesus said to His disciples, “As the father has loved me, so I
have loved you. Live on with my love. You will live in my
love if you keep my commandments, even as I have kept
my Father’s commandments and live in His love. All this I
tell you so that my joy maybe yours and your joy may be
complete. This is my commandment: love one another as I
have loved you.”

the earth and work of human hands, it will become for us
the bread of life.

15
By the mystery of the water and wine, may we come to

by you, O Lord, and may our sacrifice in your sight this day

yours may be acceptable to God, the almighty Father.

for the praise and glory of His name, for our good and
the good of all His Church.

occasion of this sealing of the sacred bond of Marriage,
and, just as your goodness is its origin, may your
providence guide its course. Through Christ our Lord.
All : Amen.
Preface
Priest : The Lord be with you!
All : And with your spirit!
Priest : Lift up your hearts.
All : We lift them up to the Lord.
Priest : Let us give thanks to the Lord our God.
All : It is right and just.
16
Priest : It is truly right and just, our duty and our salvation, always
and everywhere to give you thanks, Lord, Holy Father,
almighty and eternal God.
For you have forged the covenant of marriage as a sweet
yoke of harmony and an unbreakable bond of peace, so
that the chaste and fruitful love of holy Matrimony may
serve to increase the children you adopt as your own.
By your providence and grace, O Lord, you accomplish the
wonder of this twofold design: that, while the birth of
children brings beauty to the world, their rebirth in Baptism
gives increase to the church, through Christ our Lord.
Through him, with the Angels and all the Saints, we sing the
hymn of your praise, as without end we acclaim:
All : Holy, holy, holy, Lord God of hosts. Heaven and earth are
full of Your glory. Hosanna in the highest. Blessed is he who
comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest.
Eucharistic Prayer II
Priest : You are indeed Holy, O Lord, the fount of all holiness Make
holy therefore, these gifts, we pray, by sending down your
Spirit upon them like the dewfall, so that they may become
for us the Body and Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ.
At the time he was betrayed and entered willingly into his
Passion, he took bread and, giving thanks, broke it, and
gave it to his disciples, saying:
TAKE THIS, ALL OF YOU, AND DRINK FROM IT: FOR
THIS IS THE CHALICE OF MY BLOOD, THE BLOOD OF
THE NEW AND ETERNAL COVENANT, WHICH WILL BE
POURED OUT FOR YOU AND FOR MANY, FOR THE
FORGIVENESS OF SINS. DO THIS IN MEMORY OF ME.
Priest : The Mystery of Faith.
All : We proclaim your Death, O Lord, and profess your
Resurrection until you come again.
Priest : Therefore, as we celebrate the memorial of his Death and
Resurrection, we offer you, Lord, the Bread of life and the
17
Chalice of salvation, giving thanks that you have held us
worthy to be in your presence and minister to you.
Humbly we pray that, partaking of the Body and Blood of
Christ, we may be gathered into one by the Holy Spirit.
Remember, Lord, your Church, spread throughout the world,
and bring her to the fullness of charity, together with Francis
our Pope, Most Rev. Patricio Buzon our Bishop and all the
clergy.
Be mindful also, Lord, of July & Judy, whom you have
brought to their wedding day, so that by your grace they
may abide in mutual love and in peace.
Remember also our brothers and sisters, who have fallen
asleep in the hope of the Resurrection, and all who have
died in your mercy: welcome them into the light of your face.
Have mercy on us all, we pray, that with the Blessed Virgin
Mary, Mother of God, with the blessed Apostles, and all the
Saints who have pleased you throughout the ages, we may
merit to be coheirs to eternal life, and may praise and glorify
you through your son Jesus Christ.
Priest : Through Him, with Him and in Him, in the unity of the Holy
Spirit, all glory and honor is Yours Almighty Father, forever
and ever.
All : Amen.
Communion Rites
Priest : At the Savior’s command and formed by divine teaching, we
dare to say:
All : Our Father in heaven, holy be Your Name, Your kingdom
come, Your will be done on earth as in heaven. Give us
today our daily bread, forgive us our sins, as we
forgive those who sin against us. Do not bring us to the
test, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
18
Nuptial Blessing
Priest : My dear friends let us ask God for His continued blessing
upon JULY & JUDY.
Holy Father, creator of the universe, maker of man and
woman in your own likeness, source of blessing for married
life , we humbly pray to you for this woman who today is
united with her husband in this sacrament of marriage . May
your fullest blessing come upon her and her husband so
that they may together rejoice in your gift of married love
and enrich your Church with their children.
Lord may they both praise you when they are happy and
turn to you in their sorrows. May they be glad that you help
them in their work and know that you are with them in their
need. May they pray to you in the community of the Church,
and be your witness in the world. May they reach old age in
the company of their friends, and come at last to the
kingdom of heaven. We ask this through Christ our Lord.
All : Amen.
Sign of Peace
Priest : Lord Jesus Christ, who said to your apostles: “Peace I leave
you, my peace I give you, look not on our sins, but on the
faith of your Church, and graciously grant her peace and
unity in accordance with your will. Who live and reign for
ever and ever.
All : Amen.
Priest : The peace of the Lord be with you always.
All : And with your spirit.
Priest : Let us offer each other a sign of peace.
Everyone turns around and say to one another;
All : Peace be with you!
Priest : May the mingling of the body and blood of our Lord Jesus
Christ bring eternal life to those who receive it.
19
All : Lamb of God, You take away the sins of the world,
have mercy on us. Lamb of God, You take away the
sins of the world, have mercy on us. Lamb of God,
You take away the sins of the world, grant us
peace.
Breaking of the Bread
Priest : Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the living God, who, by the will of
the Father and the work of the Holy Spirit, through your
Death gave life to the world, free me by this, your most holy
Body and Blood, from all my sins and from every evil: keep
me always faithful to your commandments, and never let
me parted from you.
This is the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the
world. Happy are those who are called to His supper.
All : Lord, I am not worthy that you should enter under my roof,
but only say the word, and my soul shall be healed.
Priest : May the body and blood of Christ keep me safe for eternal
life.
All : Amen.
Holy Communion
Choir : Communion Hymns (To Be Sung)
While the Choir sings the communion hymns, the priest gives communion to the
newly weds and then gives communion to everyone.
Prayer after the Communion
Priest : Let us pray. By the power of this sacrifice, O Lord,
accompany with your loving favor what in your providence
you have instituted, so as to make of one heart in love those
who have already joined in this holy union ( and replenished
with the one Bread and the one Chalice) Through Christ our
Lord..
20
All : Amen.
After the Prayer after Communion, the Veil and the Cord Sponsors may now
come forward to remove the Cord and the Veil from the couple.
Admonition
Priest (facing the couple): JULY and JUDY, now that you have received
the Holy Sacrament of Matrimony, I admonish you to remain
faithful to one another.
Priest (facing the bride): JUDY, love your husband and be a good
housewife, persevere in faith and love and holiness.
Priest (facing the groom): JULY, love your wife as Christ loves His
Church, and live with her in the holy fear of the Lord.

Priest : We shall now give the newly-weds a three-fold blessing. As
I say each of the blessings, everybody please answer
‘Amen’.

God.

here, the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

the Lord.
