‘A. DETERMINING BUILDING BULK
4. General, Suing buk (a volume quantity) shall be generally determined by the application ofthe Floor.Lot Area Ratio (FLAR), vertically projecting the Allowable Maximum
Building Footprint (AMBF), establishing the Outermost Faces of Bullding (OF) and quantifying the Allowable Maximum Volume of Building (AMV8). The building bulk may
be ultimately governed by the width of the RROW and other applicable provisions for light and ventilation (including incremental setbacks as a result of satisfying natural
light and ventilation requirements for ROW and front yards as partly shown in Table VIl.G.1. hereafter.
2. Application ofthe FLAR. The FLAR (Table VIG.) shall be the primary or intial determinant of the building bulk.

3, Establishing the OFB, The OFB shall be primarly determined by the vertical projections ofthe outermost faces ofthe AMBF up to a height prescribed by the applicable
BHL. Figure VILG.1. shows the determination ofthe angular planes needed to establish the outer limits for walls and projections of the proposed building/structure
facing RROW and for their corresponding roof configurations. Table VIL.G.3. alsa shows the recommended angles or slopes forthe angular planes originating fram the
centerline of the RROW for R-t and C-3 properties only. Angles or slopes for other permitted usesioccupancies can be extrapolated from the two (2) examples. (Figs.
VII.G.4. and VIG.2.)
