Maam:

I am writing to request permission from your good office that I, together with some of my
teachers, be allowed to be out of the school tomorrow morning, June 21, 2022. This is for the
very fact that we will be taking the SMAW NCII Assessment (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) at
Saint James Academy, Compostela Cebu. This is one of the professional growths that we would
like attain as this might be useful in our field in the future.

The teachers who will take the same assessment are:


1. Gel Galagar
2. Raymond Bacala
3. Sherryl Canceran
I am also including here my son, Lynt Julian III M. Canonigo, to take the assessment.

In my absence, I already have instructed the Guidance Counselor to facilitate the Day 2 of the
Division Achievement Test. It is really of our innermost desire to take the said assessment as
this would be an added skill and learning for us that could be helpful for our students. Rest
assured that the school operation will not be hampered in my absence. Moreover, I am assuring
you that we will be back in the school once the assessment is done.
