2 IP setting for PC
2.1 Net setting for PC
My network Places right click --> Property find vision as below
Find (TCP/IP) or (TCP/IPv4) Click and find vision below.
Use the IP as the picture

2.2 Set IP of aligning tool

Open Aligning Tool by Double-clicking
Click button of “ set IP address”, input 16753 into the code box. Change the printer IP as: 196.12.0.25, and
local IP as: 196.12.0.188. Local IP address is the default address of Board. If user defined IP address already
been set in the control panel, accordingly change the local IP address as user defined IP address. Then click
the button of “ application”, plug in the network cable and connect the computer and board, click the button
of “ on-line”, then you can set the parameters and operate through aligning software.
First adjust the vertical adjustment of print head ( physical adjustment of print head
installation, click “more”at “maintenance”box.
Note: After power on, first check the print head status, press Enter butter into Equipment
Maintenance--test. If the status is not good, click clean, continue the adjustment after getting better
print head status.

2.3 Vertical adjustment
Vertical adjustment, adjust the physical level of the print head
Open aligning tool, click “more buttons” after get on-line, a interface will be popped up, click the button of “ vertical
test” to print test patterns.
Adjust the physical location of print head according to the pattern printed, make sure the lines in last printed test
pattern are vertical. As shown below:

2.4 Bidirectional adjustment
Click bidirectional adjustment button, print adjustment pattern:
Observe the printed pattern, pick out the one where the fine line and heavy line overlap completely,
add the corresponding number to number of bidirectional adjustment area, and input the result
manually, then click the button of “save data”. For example the lines of -3 overlap completely, the
result is 19+(-3)=16, input 16 into bidirectional adjustment area then save the data.
2.5 Paper step adjustment
Click the button of Tune, print the adjustment pattern:
Pick out the one where the short line overlaps completely with the horizontal long line, input the
corresponding number(-8) to Tune data area, then click the button of “Calc.”, then the adjustment

coefficient will automatically get the corresponding value, finally click “save”button.
This is good setting print.
2.6 Printing setting

2.7 Advanced setting
Click “enter into advanced setting” button,it will appear a password framework,pls input “16753”,then click
“ok” and enter into advanced setting menu
1、Voltage type: choose Std,it is corresponding to UV machine waveform automatically.
2、Adjust voltage: it is for adjusting the voltage of print head,when ink come out not clear or ink spill,you
can add up the voltage value; when print head miss line easily or the color is too deep,you can decrease the
value. Parameter adjustment range is 460-580,the standard value is 512
3 Color: KCMYCM stands for 4 colors. From left to right,the print head has 6 color order
(KCMYCM),this color order can adjust by yourself,but after adjusted ,please also adjust the damper. This is
only for some channels can not deliver the ink well,and also not change the print head,you can adjust some
colors that not use often or it will not affect the whole printing effect to the bad channels,then you can
prolong the head life span.
2.8 Adjusting the parameter import and export
Click maintenance area”more” button,it will appear maintenance menu which will show “import “ and
“export” button.
After adjusted all the parameter ,please click”save setting file” button,please save all the adjusted parameter
as flie on the computer. Later if you need to change the board of car,after changed,please click”more” and
“import the file” button,you can import all the adjusted parameter before into your board,then it can save

more time ,no need to adjust it again.
2.9 PC small keyboard-PC small keyboard can control the car ink stack setting accurately.
2.10 Flush setting when printing- flush accurate setting in printing.
Congratulations to you! All the setting is finished,now you can print.

Pick up nozzle depend on the seat.This seat is
32P, if using 31p nozzle row line,please plug on
the right , otherwise it will damage head. J1
and J2 is 32 seat , J19 and J12 is 31 seat
