II. Project Summary:

Upon scrutinizing the K to 12 Curriculum the proponent has come up to initiate this
project to avoid the risk of acute injuries as well as long-term health impacts. Using
prescribed Garden Tools and PPE is very essential in teaching TLE-Agriculture
because with the appropriate tools and PPE learners can learn efficiently. Subject
teachers and learners of Kisulan Elementary are the beneficiaries of this. It takes few
months to realize the project .and the estimated cost of the said proposal project is
_________.

III. Project Background:

TLE subject teachers firmly believe the thought of John Dewey, which is “Learning by
doing”. For this meant a heavy emphasis on student engagement. This approach
upended the traditional notion that learning happens through lectures and rote
memorization. Yet, our school cannot uphold for it specifically in TLE-Agriculture
subject. For that, Kisulan Elementary School is aiming to have garden tools and PPE to
be used in Agriculture subject and for the learners to be oriented personally with the
garden tools and PPE by not merely relying on pictures and videos. Furthermore,
molding young learners the essence of Agriculture is a great impact to their lives
because Agriculture is the backbone of the nation.

IV. Project Objectives:

1. Learners will be oriented personally the garden tools and PPE

2. Learners are safe and discomfort will be avoided during their performance task in
Agriculture
3. Learners will be equipped with knowledge in Agriculture
4. Learners will probably value the essence of Agriculture in Country’s Nation
building

V. Project Methodology:
In order to complete this proposal, this action applies the following methods for
implementation. First, the teacher consults the learners the impact of acquiring real
garden tools and PPE rather than pictures and videos. It comes up those learners
are eager to engage it. Since our school is Learner centered; so, this proposal has
made. The proponent coordinates and propose the project to the school head,
district TLE-subject coordinator, district TLE coordinating principal and to the TLE-
Education Program Supervisor or the authorized personnel of the Division of Davao
Del Sur. Once, this proposal will be approved. It signals the proponent to implement
the project. Donations are probably the source of this project.
