Advait’s Self reflection-

I was tasked with creating a prototype, I was responsible for a variety of important roles
throughout the project. One of my primary responsibilities was designing the prototype
itself, which included using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create models of
the ideas developed during brainstorming sessions with my group members. This
process allowed us to visualize our ideas and make any necessary adjustments before
moving forward with the prototype production.
In addition to designing the prototype, I also played a key role in writing texts related to
the prototype production and brainstorming process. This included documenting our
ideas, outlining the steps we would take to bring the prototype to life, and
communicating with other members of the group to ensure that everyone was on the
same page.
While the brainstorming and CAD modeling stages of the project were relatively
successful, the prototype production phase was not without its challenges. One of the
main obstacles we encountered was finding shops or suppliers that could provide us
with the necessary components for the prototype. This was a time-consuming process,
as we had to research different options and compare prices and quality before making a
decision.
Another difficulty we encountered was during the assembly process, as the prototype
did not function correctly on the first attempt. This was frustrating and disheartening,
but we didn't give up. We continued to work through the obstacles and problem-solve to
find solutions to these issues. It took some time, but with persistence and
determination, we were eventually able to create a functional prototype that met our
expectations.
Despite the challenges we faced, I am proud of the work we accomplished as a group
and the final product we were able to create. The prototype was the result of hard work,
dedication, and teamwork, and it was a valuable learning experience for all of us. I
gained valuable knowledge and experience in prototype production and learned how to
work effectively as a member of a group.

Vyomm’s Self Reflection-

My task towards the group consisted of simply researching Ideas and creating presentations for
each of them and writing the essays for the team. I mostly also contributed to communication for
the team to pass messages around and try to ensure that my fellow team members would come
for the meetings and especially the brainstorming session.

For the most part, our prototypes and presentation designs were going great as some of us
knew how to make special designs on a website like canva. What I wish we could have done
differently would be that we could have had better time management skills while completing the
project for most of the projects we were running helter-skelter to try to complete them, we either
submitted the tasks at ten minutes to twelve or even a day later.

I am satisfied with my contribution as even though I couldn't have been there to create the first
prototype, I still helped unite the team together to make sure that we finished our work as soon
as possible and helped manage and cooperate with the team. Creating the presentations and all
the other documents and tasks still play a huge role in this project.

– Vyomm

Ayaan’s Self Reflection-

This project was about trying to make a successful product which is practical and sustainable. I
think we did a good job of dividing up tasks and responsibilities. We made sure that everyone
had a specific role to play and that everyone was able to contribute their unique skills and
strengths to the project. This helped to ensure that the project was completed efficiently. As a
team, we were able to work together effectively, and everyone was able to contribute in a
meaningful way. The team had a clear plan and goals, and everyone was able to stay focused
on achieving them. I was actively involved in the project's presentation and the final report. I
helped to organize the information and prepare presentations. I was able to identify and analyze
problems that arose during the project. I used my critical thinking skills to break down problems
and come up with a solution. The team members were able to communicate and collaborate
effectively, which helped to ensure that everyone was on the same page and working towards
the same goal. There were also a few areas where we could have improved, one of these was
time management. We had some issues with meeting deadlines and could have benefitted from
better organization and planning. My problem-solving skills played a critical role in the team's
ability to successfully overcome the challenges that we faced during the project.
– Ayaan

Rohaan’s Self Reflection

In this project, I had the opportunity to showcase my skills through the role of a
prominent writer. During my time in this position, my tasks generally included editing
presentations, writing group reflections, organizing brainstorming notes, as well as filling
out several vital documents. In this regard, I believe I have performed well, though in
retrospect, upon rereading my work, I found that it lacked cohesion and sometimes
focused on many underdeveloped points instead of greater quality. If I were to do this
again, I would have focused more on concise and explained arguments. Nevertheless, I
believe that I have still managed to complete my work within the required time frame
and have at worst, delivered a mediocre product. Throughout the experience, the group
has developed several essential competencies like teamwork, 21st-century skills, and
economic knowledge. Personally, the paramount competencies for me are social,
21st-century skills, reflecting skills, ICT skills, knowledge of economics, communicative
skills, media literacy, open attitude, knowledge of other cultures, and knowledge of our
own culture. These 5 competencies are important for entrepreneurship because they
are skills that will help entrepreneurs continue to adapt to the rapidly changing market.
In the future, ICT and other 21st-century skills are going to be of paramount importance
to maintain competitiveness as new technologies are developed and integrated into the
business world. Social capabilities are also essential for success as working alone is not
sufficient for the output of creative and innovative ideas that build businesses from the
ground up. Fundamental knowledge of economics is equally important, especially
considering the risks of starting a business with no prior experience of the workings of
the market. Finally, the ability of an entrepreneur to reflect on their own actions is one of
the most helpful tools throughout the business’s growth. It allows the entrepreneur to
grow with the business. This is why these 5 competences are so important to our group.

Neil’s Self Reflection

My Journey in Eumind has been tremendous and filled with a lot of learning. Eumind
Creative Entrepreneurship program helps me, an aspiring entrepreneur get to know the
where bout of the real word of business tycoon, on how to conquer loss and manage as
a teem and earn our profits. As a group leader it is my responsibility to help each and
everyone and especially with the tasks that weren’t allotted to me. Overall I have
contributed in almost every task which was needed to be completed. Throughout this
program I got tasks which were on my intros and some on my hatred side such as
taking the interview, building the prototype and of course editing both the introductory
document and video. According to me everything well and the best part about this
project is that we have been on time by submitting the document at least 2-3 days prior.
Overall I feel very satisfied since I put my full potential and my 100% is since every task
we have completed was done together as a group which means everyone has
contributed to some extent. As a team these 5 competence were most important and
they are

1. Social- Working in a team of 4 students

Working as team was one of the top priority since we came back to normal
school from the online and covid and it was a bit difficult to co-ordinate at first
since we had lost a hang of it but together as a group we conquered that fear

2. 21st century skills- Brainstorming techniques- 21st century skills were a bit tuff
since some of us in the group belong in the stone age and not tech world so that
had to be one of our priority
3. Reflecting - Individual self-assessment of the competences acquired- Individual
self assessment since following the criteria may have taken us to a highway so it
had to be taken on serious note.
4. ICT skills- Organize your own communication strategy- Since many of us live in
different places far away, we couldn’t really meet physically so it was our priority
at the time before we found a solution of this which was to use the platform
zoom.
5. Knowledge (Economics) - Design a business plan

We had different and millions of different ideas which had to be sorted according to the
Eumind criteria and our likings. We have worked diligently to choose this product for our
exhibition

According to me I had a fun and amazing time working as a group for this project
and I hope I will use the skill I have learned in the future for my business
