MOTION TO RESET HEARING

DEFENDANT, through the undersigned counsel and to this Honorable Court, most
respectfully states that:

1. That based on the Order from this Honorable Court dated October 18, 2022, the above-entitled
case is set for hearing on November 28, 2020 at 8:30 in the morning;

2. That however, undersigned counsel hereby regretfully informs the Honorable Court that the
defendant on the above-entitled case cannot attend said hearing because of affliction with Covid-
19 virus. A copy of the doctor’s certificate under is hereto attached;

3. With this, the undersign is constrained to respectfully request the Honorable Court to reset the
hearing of the instant case to another date, subject to the availability of the Honorable Court’s
calendar.

4. This motion is made in good faith and not intended to delay the proceedings of this case but
solely for the aforesaid reason.

WHEREFORE, based on the premises presented, it is most respectfully prayed that the hearing
of the instant case be reset to another date, subject to the availability of this Honorable Court.

Other relief just and equitable are likewise prayed for.

This is hereby submitted today, the 15 th day of November, 2022, in Daet, Camarines Norte,
