INSTRUCTIONS
1. Age : Between 12 and 14 years on 31st March of the year of Admission. 6 months waiver to Hafiz-e-Quraan.
2. At the time of submission of Application Form, candidate must be studying in 7th/ 8th class and NOT in 6th or
9th class.
3. In case of candidate studying in private school, an attested copy of recognition of concerned school by
Education Department./ Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education must be attached. Certificate by
the Headmaster / Principal is NOT accepted.
4. Application Form and photographs must be attested by the Principal / Head of school in which the candidate
is studying. Once the Date of Birth is recorded on the Application Form, it will NOT be changed /
corrected.
5. Legal Guardian of the candidate can only sign the Application Form in case the father of candidate is dead or
serving abroad
6. Northern Backward Areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa include Dir, Chitral, Kohistan & Tor Ghar.
7. No seats are reserved for AJ&K, however they can compete for self finance seats.
8. Armed Forces Personnel will provide a Certificate of service from their Unit / Formation.
9. Entry Test will be held in December.
10. Typed / photo copy of Application Form will NOT be accepted.
