3) I/We declare that the payment to third party shall be sufficient discharge of the liability by the CARS24 Services Pvt. Ltd. for the purchase of

4) I/We agree to provide all necessary cooperation and assistance, including personal appearance and/or any document(s) required by the RTO

or any other government authorities for transfer of ownership of my car.
