WORK ITEMS Expected Date of work completion

EXTERIOR
E1 Dampness/Sweepages found on external wall and pin wall
E2 Elavation groove seen unfinished
E3 Outside wall cracks needs to be filled with required proper matterials
E4 Proper wall finishing in all 4 outside walls
E5 Sanity Pipes should be checked(all cement and concreate particals are entered the pipes, as terrace floors are not cleaning.
E6 Outside plastring should be done till flooring level and ensure no dampness happens again in parking.
E7 Plastring near water tank needs to be rectified
E8 Leakage test should happen from pipes and water tank.
E9 Ensure that proper water proffing is done for all external wall.
E10 Outside plastring should be done till flooring level and ensure no dampness happens again in parking.
E11 Gate and shutters are fitted properly and gaps are filled properly and brushing is done before painting.
E12 Outside wall ,and window boxes are uniform
E13 Ensure that exterior paint was done has per the code and as per specifications
E14 External surface is without any cracks ,contaminants or any extra slurry
E15 Drainage blockage had during matterial procurement arround the site should be removed, so it should not affect the neighbour or public.

GROUND FLOOR

G1 Parking Tile and skirting Missing at one corner


G2 Door frame bottom need to install
G3 Wall dampness
G4 Water logging in chamber, and verify chamber free from slurry.
G5 Grouting ,Cleaning
G6 Sump - cleaning ,finishing ,waterproffing, leakage check, pipes connection check, testing.
G7 GF rooms skirting should be properly packed with cement and then putty and paint should happened.
G8 GF room internal wall level to be rectified by putty or paint
G9 Top surface of all sejja should be furnished properly and painted. No cement dust should be seen.
G10 Steps and its skerting should be uniform and proper finshing to be done at the edges.
G11 Earthing
G12 Pluming connection to be tested
G13 Chamber - water flow to be tested.
G14 parking tiles - cleaing without any slurry on it.
G15 GF Door frames should be furnished properly
G16 parking tiles- joint filling should be done and bonded propelry.

FIRST FLOOR

FF1 Single tile missing at toilet wall

FF3 utility plumbing pipes correction accoring to height
FF4 Flooring tiles correction
FF5 Utility height correction
FF6 Pooja room tile laying correction
FF7 Door and wall joints fixing correction
FF8 Sweepage in internal wall rectification.

SECOND FLOOR
SF1 Water logging at Balcony
SF2 Window stopper screws need to fit perfectly
SF3 Need putty finish above the loft
SF4 Crossed wall should be rectified
SF5 uneven Skirting issues rectification in the steps.

THRID FLOOR
TF1 Stopper missed in single shutter
TF2 Hairline crack found at Wall beam joint
TF3 Hollow sound in wall tile
TF4 Grouting
TF5 Terrace cleaning
TF6 terrace water proffing check and flooring furnishing
TF7 Parapit wall cracks rectification
TF8 Tap pipes should be embeded inside wall.
TF9 Still nails are removed form window, ( its was esculated 3 months ago, on top of that its painted)

ACCROSS THE BUILDING


ATB1 Top surface of all sejja should be furnished properly and painted. No cement dust should be seen.
ATB2 Electric points wiring connection and fitting and circuit to be tested accross the building
ATB3 Steps and its skerting should be uniform and proper finshing to be done at the edges.
ATB4 frames ,windows and shutters need to furnished properly, now its fitted without proper work( without putty they fitted the shutters)
ATB5 All internal Cross wall rectification
ATB6 Bathrrom tiles rectification- hallowness, finishing, edges broken tiles, display tiles are used.
ATB7 Pressure Test and leakage test for plauming pipes( has to done before tiling, but its not done yet even after mutiple esculation)
ATB8 Top surface of all sejja should be furnished properly and painted. No cement dust should be seen.
ATB9 By first coat of painting- wall should be furnished, but its not done
ATB10 Finshing near all electric point to be rectified
ATB11 Uneven or bendwall should be rectified
ATB12 Solor provision to be tested
ATB13 All pluming pipes should be verified and tested .
ATB14 Test exterior and interior paint was done has per the code and as per specifications( bills and boxes to be submitted )
ATB15 And penindg work as per previous site visit should also be taken care along with above items
ATB16 Ensure all the work in each stages are done as per Brick and Bolt 340 quality Check.Ensure mapping is done for each work items and issues
ATB17 Electrc switch inner box are not properly fixed during plastring becoz of that now they have fixed the electric plates in irregular postion.
ATB18 In all the stages none of the work is not properly finished.thats needs to be rectified.
ATB19 Bathroom Wall tiles are not 7ft height - to be rectified
ATB20 MCB point are damaged
ATB21 2 coat putty to be done for internal wall ( now they done 1 coat , primer and 1 coat paint without rubbing the walls )
ATB22 All the warrenty items details should be handovered or future refernce.
ATB23 All the procured items biils should be given for verification.
