Sub:- Acceptance on appointment on compassionate ground on the post of Safai
Karamchari.
Respected sir,
I Md. Ataur Rahman,) S/o Late Md. Wasim Khan, Village- Bantara, P.O
Bantara, P.S Deokund, Distt- Aurangabad, State- Bihar, Pin- 824120, Presently
Resident of: C/o Md. Abdul Hafiz, Millat Colony, Phase 11, Sector 2 Phulwari
Sharif, Bihar 801505 wants to state that the present application is with regard
to the acceptance on appointment on compassionate ground in the post of Safai
Karamchari.
1. I want to state that I was appointed on Compassionate ground to
the post of Constable/GV (Male), in Central Reserve Police Force
vide appointment letter dated 27 Aug 2019 having Ref No. R2-
6/2019- Loc-6(A) in the pay scale of Rs. 21000/Scale (Level 3- Rs.
21700-69100).
2. My father Late Md. Wasim Khan was posted in Battalion No. 134,
Binak, Force No. 860360393, he died on dated 06-04-2016 while
posted at Daltenganj, Jharkhand. After the demise of my father, I
was duly appointed to C.R.P.F on 27-09-2019, on compassionate
ground, and thereafter I was working for 2 years and 11 Months
and dedicated my life for the protection and security of the country
in C.R.P.F.
3. It is stated that, only after all the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) &
Physical Standard Test (PST) conducted by the C.R.P.F, I was
allowed to join the C.R.P.F.
4. In the meantime, after joining the C.R.P.F on 27-09-2019, I was
transferred to Latur, Maharasthra 27.12.2019 for my training,
Where I have completed my training and later transferred to
Muzaffarpur. In the mean time, medical test was conducted at
Latur, Maharashtra and I was informed by the medical team that
I had color blindness and I am unfit to be a part of this institution.
Thereafter, on 15-11-2021, I was sent New Delhi, Jharoda Kalan Ch.
where the board reviewed my color blindness and after inspection
found that the same correct, the board vide order dated 08-05-2020
sig no. M.111-5/2020 Med-5(C/v)- No. 191850071 RT/GD and
observed that “color vision- CP-IV (Four) defective unsafe.”
5. Even after the observation made by the board, I was a part of the
C.R.P.F for more than 8 months and I was working as Constable &
fulfilling my duty diligently and with utmost dedication and
sincerity. I am physically fit and have no other issues regarding to
physical health issues. Further it is stated that, apart from this
colour blindness issues, no other health issues persist with me,
more over I had completed my training and no objections were
ever raised from the Authority.
6. It is pertinent to note that a Notice dated 14.07.2022 was issued in
my name, for termination of employment from the C.R.P.F, by the
office of The office of the DIGP, Group Centre, C.R.P.F Force,
jhapan, Muzaffarpur, Bihar-842004, which states that after a month
my employment would be terminated. Soon after a month, on 13-
08-2022, my termination letter was handed to me I was relieved
from my post on 13-08-2022.
7. Then on 26-08-2022, I issued a letter to the Office of DIG, New
Delhi stating my problems with regard to the termination on the
post and requested him to allow me to join in group D which
includes multitask services like peon, barber, washerman or safai
karamchari.
8. Then 22-09-2022 I again issued a reminder notice to the Office of
the DIG, New Delhi, however I received a letter dated 30-09-2022
from the office of the DIG, New Delhi with regard to appointment
on compassionate ground stating that there are no post available
except Safai Karmchari in 134 battalion and if I want to join in the
said post. I shall give my acceptance over the same.
9. That thereafter on 01-12-2022, I forwarded my acceptance letter of
the post of safai karamchari, and received a letter from the office
to submit all the requisite documents in 134 battalion for
appointment on the post of safai karamchari.
10. Therefore today 27-01-2023, I am submitting all the documents
along with other necessary affidavit and papers along with
acceptance letter for the same post in 134 battalion for my early
appointment in the said post.
11. It is therefore requested to you that you kindly accept my
documents after verification, and allow me to join the Force on the
post of safai karamchari at the earliest.
