Rationale
In-Service Training of Teachers (INSET) is the right avenue for re-
skilling and upskilling of teachers for the new normal in education. It
will equip teachers with new knowledge and skills on how to face and
overcome challenges. It will help also teachers to acquire new
understanding and instructional skills to develop their effectiveness
in the classroom.
Hence this 5-Day INSET is being conducted to provide dedicated
training time for teachers to continue to improve their efficiency and
productivity and the organization as a whole, keep up to date with
changes in education, and ensure to have appropriate training to
deal with the challenges in handling the school children/learners.
