the Advocate for the Petitioners do hereby on solemn
affirmation state as under;

1. I say that in the above matter, I had served a Copy of the


Notice to the Defendant/Respondent No. 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13,
14, 15 & 16 in the above matter.

2. I say that the said Copy of the Notice was severed upon the
Defendant/Respondent No. 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 & 16
on 05/12/2022 by email. Hereto annexed and marked as
Exhibit- “A” is Copy the Covering Letter dated 05/12/2022.

3. I say that the statement made in the above paragraphs are true
and correct to the best of my knowledge and I believe the
same to be true.
