Hello everyone, today we came to present the influence and importance
that princess Diana had in the world. Starting with her biography, she
was the Princess of Wales and Married Prince Charles, son of Queen
Elizabeth II of England, she was the Royal Highness. Heir to the title of
Lady, she was called Lady Di and was born on July 1, 1961, from an
aristocratic family.
Talking a little bit about her personality and actions, Princess Diana and
Prince Charles had two children, William and Harry, and at that time it
was not common for mothers to take care of their children, as that work
was given to the nannies. However princess Diana was different, she
spent most of the time with her children and that is why they had a huge
affection for her. She has always been a very caring, kind, and
communicative person with her people and that is why almost everyone
has always liked her so much.
in 1992 Diana and Charles got divorced, and from then on she went
through some difficult moments in her life. She had to deal with a
betrayal by her husband Charles, she also suffered from depression, low
self-esteem, eating disorders, and the growing pressure to be constantly
forced by both real observers of the official media and the paparazzi.
But even suffering difficulties in her personal life, Diana was at the head
of many charities and made history not only by breaking and reinventing
traditions, but also pioneering in using her image to value some
important causes, such as:
she was one of the first public people to visit and shake hands with
HIV-positive patients without protection, still in 1987, which at the
time represented a big step towards reducing prejudice about HIV
and its forms of transmission.
She was the first princess to write her own wedding vows and not
swear allegiance to her husband.
She tried to keep his children away from the glamor of royalty, taking
them outside the noble routine whenever possible, such as on walks
in parks or even making them wait in lines, to be treated without
distinction.
After her divorce from Prince Charles, she lost the right to be called
"His Royal Highness", but the title of Diana, Princess of Wales, was
kept, a formal title for who would forever be considered the
"people's princess".
Furthermore, Lady Di impressed the media and, of course, the fashion
world. She was a fan of breaking real protocols and her looks are a
source of inspiration even today.
In conclusion, we find it pertinent to talk about the iconic Princess Diana
because she seemed to be a very genuine, kind, and "real" person
because she was comfortable talking to the people of England or from
any place in the world. Her compassion, personal warmth, humility, and
accessibility earned her the name "the People's Princess."
