My Favourite Hobby

My favourite hobby is reading. I enjoy reading books when I am free. I started doing it
when I was four years old. The first time I did it, I felt interested in it. Since that day, I have
always loved reading books. I am so entertained when I read a story with a happy ending. Not
only that, I always feel thrilled when I read a detective story.
I enjoy reading because I like exploring the imaginative world of my favourite author,
J.K.Rowling who writes “ Harry Potter” . There are a lot of advantages of reading. It makes me
feel relaxed and calm. I can also learn new vocabularies. Moreover, I can further improve my
English. The interesting part is it can give me an unlimited imagination of the story. I can learn
so many different cultures and customs of other countries in the world too.
