Adolescent Emotional Stability Study

This article discusses a study on the emotional stability of adolescents in Al-Azhary Junior High School in Cianjur, Indonesia. The study found that most respondents (76.7%) had low emotional stability, while less than half (23.3%) had high emotional stability. The article suggests that adolescents' understanding of mental health needs to be improved, as their environment plays a large role in influencing their moods and emotional development during adolescence. Emotional disorders are common in adolescence and can include irritability, frustration and anger. Maintaining emotional stability is important for healthy adolescent development.
