Today I’m going to present a topic on giving money to different types of charity funds.

I will describe
the data given in the bar chart, then I’ll speak what I would do if I had an opportunity to donate money
to a charity and I’ll finish by expressing my views on donate to charity.
I have been provided a bar chart, which presents the results of what type of charity funds people giving
money in the UK. The vast majority of respondents giving money to children funds. Second place is
taken by animal shelters, disabled and elderly people, and homeless funds, which makes very similar
numbers 14, 11 and 9 percent. There was less support respondents donate money to environment,
which makes only 4 percent.
So today I want to speak about what I would do if I had an opportunity to donate money to a charity
fund. First of all I will definitely choose to donate to Children fund. Fund because they cannot yet
represent themselves and by donating to them, I may have contributed to their better access to a good
education, which is especially important because they are our future. The second donation would be to
homeless people because not everyone could get a job, afford a house or to buy some necessary food. I
think rich people sometimes do not understand what a difficult period of life is for those people whose
life ended up on the street. In my opinion, this charity would be useful to society because it would help
many homeless people who suffer from various problems.
The next aspect I would like to consider is my views on to give money to charity or doing voluntary
work. In my opinion is more important to do voluntary work. First, when you donate money to charity
you can’t be sure that your money is use usefully because it often happens when money is spent where
it is not needed and people are fooled but when you doing voluntary work you can be sure that you
really helping for someone. Besides when you volunteering you got experience and you become to
more open minded and it is may be helpful in your future. On the other hand if you don’t have enough
time to volunteering donate to fund is also very good. So I think that is the decision of the man himself.
