Training is a professional practice aimed at increasing the skills of
your employees through the help of specialized trainers able to support
them in the growth of their knowledge and know-how.

To ensure maximum production efficiency, having the plant in excellent
condition is not the only condition. In fact, it is necessary that the personnel
involved in the operation and maintenance of the machines be trained and
subject to continuous training. Adequate training of the personnel who use
our systems, in fact, ensures their correct functioning and the maintenance
of the contractually required performance level. Advanced technologies
and multimedia training tools, combined with newly developed teaching
methods, are the fundamental elements with which SIPA Customer
Service guarantees the training of machine and maintenance technicians.
SIPA’s training offer aims to make the operator efficient and able to work
safely, ensuring efficiency and productivity according to the defined quality
standards.

Our mission is to improve and develop the knowledge of the
operators and the maintenance team, as well as the different
professional figures involved in the production process and in the
control and maintenance of product quality.
For this purpose, SIPA offers different levels and training
proposals, to acquire all those skills necessary in order to make
these resources able to work safely and in the most correct way,
according to their profile ensuring efficiency, productivity and the
quality of the final product.
In addition, SIPA is always available to design together with its
customers customized training packages, designed to meet
their objectives and their internal strategies for a process of
continuous improvement through the enhancement and growth
of the skills of their employees.

Our modular courses allow you to develop knowledge and skills gradually.
You can adapt the training content according to your specific know-how and
programs as well as your availability of investment and resources. The training
courses offered, specific for each type of machine, are declined and proposed
according to specific modules in different levels of in-depth analysis, from the
use of basic and advanced machines, up to specialized modules. It is also
possible to completely customize the training courses according to your needs
and strategies.

It is sufficient to select, among the various modules available and dedicated
to all the technical staff and professional profiles, those who best meet
your needs and priorities (from operators, to the maintenance team up to
key figures such as supervisors, line managers or process managers). The

partly with practical sessions in a variable percentage depending on the
module delivered.
