students knows the ability to manage their time. 

Ability Speed consist of essay items that need to be completed


within a time limit.

ex. Teacher Al asked to create a brief summary


about their lesson today he gives the student 10
minutes to finish.

Power Consist of items with increasing levels of difficulty,


but time is sufficient to compare a whole test.

ex. Teacher Al conducts a Quiz bowl, every student


will be given at least 5 seconds to answer.

Interpretatio Norm- a uniform test, it ranks and compares students in


n of Learning referenced relation to one another.

ex. Teacher Al gives the class a periodical test to


check the student’s individual level understanding
and compare. 

Criterion- have sets of standards and scored compared to the


referenced given criterion. 

ex. Teacher Al gives the class a test, this test will


help him determined the level of understanding of
each students.
