A: Good morning valet service

The guest opens the door.

A: Good morning, ma’am, I am Maricris Fabros, your valet attendant for the day, I am here to ask if you
have any laundry this morning?

G: Yes, I have

A: May I come in to check your laundry ma’am?

G: Yes please, it’s right there

The guest allows the attendant to check her laundry

A: Okay ma’am, May I ask you some questions for me to know what laundry service would you like?

G: Yes, please go ahead

A: upon checking your laundry ma’am there are 1 denim pants, 2 t-shirt and 1 dress. Complete and no
damage seen

G: Definitely!

A: okay ma’am, What type of laundry would you like is it machine wash, hand wash, or dry cleaning?

G: Machine wash

A: for the type of delivery is it hang or fold?

G: hang

A: for the type of service is it express or regular?

G: regular

A: What mode of payment would you like ma’am is it in cash or charge upon check-out?

G: charge upon check-out

A: and lastly, what time the clothes should be delivered ma’am?

G: In the evening, around 6pm

A: okay ma’am let me just repeat the following. You choose machine wash for your clothes, it should be
hanged, it is a regular type of service and for your payment it will charge upon checking-out. Lastly, the
clothes should be delivered on your room around 6pm in the evening.
G: Yes exactly! Thank You.

A: Can I have your signatures ma’am?

G: Where should I sign?

A: Over here

G: Oh okay (the guest signing)

A: Thank You very much ma’am. I will ensure that your clothes will be properly maintain.
