4-If I was the project manager for this job, I believe the scheduling challenges would be is to have
everyone on the same page. This is a huge project so if one group is off it will throw off the whole
project. For example imagine if the crane team did not show up on the day to help move the house this
would set the date behind. Also being able to have everyone there at the same time would probably be
an issue. In order to ensure project success you would need to select the right people for the job. Make
sure you have a team and executive buy in which is A specific person at the top of the organization
needs to take ownership and show support of the project. The next thing would be to reduce work in
progress, which strain the project and causes all projects to suffer. Project success also needs to have
regular meetings weekly sometimes daily to make sure each team is on track on the project. Scope,
Schedule and Budget are well known touchstones for keeping a project on track.
