the  Tuna Capital of the Philippines, the Home of Champion, no other than General Santos City!

I am MONSCE from Lakwatsa Travel Tour Agency and I will be your tour guide for today's trip, together
with me our coach captain,  Mr. Jose Ibarra Gonzales Jr. "MR. DOS" in short, his already 14 years in
service and he will be with us throughout this trip.

And now, I believe that you were all excited for this trip, before proceeding to our briefing let check first
if were all complete by doing the headcount, lets begin with you ma'am, 1,2,3,4,5,15, and all in all were
17 including me and our coach captain.

1st destination, will be at Plaza Heneral Santos

2nd destination, General Paulino Santos Museum

Before proceeding in the 3rd destination which in Manilay Ancestral House you will experience the
delicious taste of General Santos City Cuisines in Altro Bistro.

4th destination will be at Japanese Abandoned Worldwar II Bunker

And the last (5th) destination will be at Tionson Arcade, a pleasure to us to serve you the different
seafoods offered by this city. Okay tourist do you have any questions? none...

Okay Tourist, your experience in General Santos isn't complete without saying the famous line among
Generals, which goes like this:

When I say "Magandang Gensan," your reply, "Wow Gensan! Home of the Champions!".

and speaking of SAFETY, please fasten your setbelt because in a while we will arrive to our first
destination.

📢And please remember that, if you hear me whistle ONCE, (*whistle*) while raising this YELLOW FLAG
it means you have 10 to 15 minutes to roam around and take some photos. 

📢When I WHISTLE TWICE (*whistle*) while raising this  GREEN FLAG it means you should go back to
the bus to proceed in our next destination.

📢And if I WHISTLE TRICE while raising this RED FLAG it means that there is emergency situation and we
need to go back as soon as possible.

Always remember the color of your bus yellow, blue with the vehicle number JCK 129. 

And if we encounter unexpected incident or if you are not feeling well don't you worry because I'm

While on our way to our first destination which is the PLAZA HENERAL, Let me Tell  some facts of
General Santos City.

︎Knowing that General Santos City is the Tuna Capital in the Philippines its specifically produces the
largest number of shasimi-gradetuna all over the nation. Thus in as early, as 1970, the title Tuna
Capital in the Philippines has become a Tag to it. Gensan also accounts for the second largest daily
total catching fish in the country, after Navotas city in the National Capital Region.

Aside from tuna, the city  has also other things to be proud, Like the tourist attractions later you'll
discover some of them that's why be excited!

And here it is, Welcome to our first destination, no other than Plaza Heneral Santos (Filipino)
or General Santos Plaza (English).

It is strategically located along Pendatun Avenue, near the City Hall and other different establishments
including Schools, Church and Hotels. It is Considered as one of the busiest parks in General Santos.
This place is a very perfect place for sight-seeing, moment together with your family and love once,
students gather here also to conduct thier practices and meetings, It’s also a place where skaters, bmx
riders, break dancers and joggers converge.

this sheets of newspapers on the floor, when you here the music you will dance and If the music stops
you should step right here in the newspaper with your team. The team will be out of the game if any

passed that kind of amazing talents by knowing the FIRST SETTLERS IN THIS CITY!

General Santos City is named to be THE HOME OF CHAMPIONS, apparently in the FIELD OF
BOXING we have Honorable Emmnuel Dapidran Pacquiao JR- or known to be MANNY PAQUIAO
.He is the first eight division world champion and won ten world titles and also we have Nonito
Donaire,Jr-, in the field FIELD OF DRAMA,COMEDY AND SINGING, we have Gerald Randolp
Anderson,jr., Melissa Bunayog Cantiveros-,Philip Nadela, IN THE FIELD OF DANCE, we have the
Exquizyth Dancers-, XB GENSAN-, TRUE COLORS, in the FIELD OF BEAUTY AND BRAIN Shamcey
Supsup- and more.

May I present you our 2nd Destination, The Notre Dame of Dadiangas University Museum or also
known as General Paulino Santos Museum which shows the memorabilia of General Paulino Santos
and the first settlers of this city. It also features the cultural artifact of South Cotabato Province, so do
you have any question tourists? Okay let's go, but before we proceed ma'am/sir, always remember that
you can't use your camera flashes inside the museum, okay you can now start the museum tour enjoy!

Those pictures you've seen tourist is connected to our 4th destination which is The Japanaese World
War 11 Bunker one of the famous historical destination here in Gensan! Let me tell some brief history
with that,
During World War II, General Santos City become one of the last frontiers between the American,
Filipino and Japanese forces. Japanese retreating forces made Klaja Karsts Land as their last ground
for defense, constructing round cemented bunkers and tunnels. Today, one can still see bunkers at
Sitio Guadalupe but unfortunately for the tunnels, most were deformed and even destroyed by
treasure hunters and land developers.

And now for the 5th and last destination tourist, we have the TIONSON ARCADE!

Everything is undoubtly appetizing here and lot of General come visit and dine here! They offer a variety
of the freshest catch! Shells, squid, shrimps, varieties of fish such as all the best parts of the Yellowfin
Tuna, Blue Marlin, Tilapia, Catfish, meat kebabs and a whole lot more.

So what are you waiting for tourist let's dine and enjoy the rest of the time!
