or about 10:00 PM of February 11, Branch 12,
2023, she saw Benilda Mae Peña, 20 MTC, Pili,
years old, single, a college student of Camarines Sur
University of Nueva Caceres and a
resident of Zone 2, Tinangis, Pili,
Camarines Sur, was allegedly shot at
Brgy. Tinangis, Pili, Camarines Sur,
in front of the Rookbees Farm and
Resort, by suspect one, Mark Jiro
Borja, 26 years old, separated,
jobless, and a resident of Zone 5,
Tinangis, Pili, Camarines Sur. She
said that she saw the victim walking
alone on her way home from school
when a gunman riding a Suzuki
Smash 110, color blue, of an
unknown plate number suddenly
appeared and shot the victim two
times, one on the torso and one on
the leg. She saw the suspect escape
after the incident happened.
