PREMIXED THIN CEMENT-BASED FINISHING PLASTER FOR
WALL AND CEILING IN DRY OR WET INTERIOR ONLY

DESCRIPTION :
E.MIX Finish is high quality water resistant cement-based thin plaster for TECHNICAL DATA
finishing walls and ceilings. E.MIX Finish can be used on E.MIX Easi Base, Colour : Grey / White
E.MIX Block Plaster, concrete and rendered surfaces. A harden plastered
surface can be painted or wall-papered. Ceramic tiles can be fixed on the Binder : Cement
E.MIX Finish surface. E.MIX Finish should not be used on painted surfaces.
Filler : Limestone powder
USAGE : Aggregate Size : 0.1 mm max
• Interior finishing area only:
o Ceiling finishing Additives : Water soluble additives to improve consistency,
o ALC block wall workability, water retention, durability and
o Plastered wall adhesion
o Rendered wall
Density : 1.3 kg/L (Dry)
o Hollow concrete block wall
: 1.5 kg/L (Wet)

• Compatible to cementitious E.MIX Render series products. Water demand : Approx. 11.25 – 11.75 liters / 25 kg bag
• Single component: fixed mixing proportion, ensure the quality of work.

PREPARATION :
• Ensure the substrate is clean, structurally sound, adequately true and
level to achieve specified tolerances, free from contamination, loose
particles, grease, lacquer, plastics or traces of foreign materials, and
protrusions such as wood peels, nails, excess mortar or any joints with
tolerance that cannot be covered by the thickness of plaster.
• All cutting, chasing, fixing of concealed conduits, service outlets, fixing
pads and the like and making good of the background are completed.
• All concrete surfaces should be properly cured prior to plastering.
• Substrate is to be moistened overnight and also at the time before the
installation. No stagnant or frequent water flow on substrate is allowed
immediately prior to installation.
