for guidance only and there is no right or wrong approach to take.

History of leadership - leadership over time – the great man theory. Trait theory over time and
leadership now. The importance of emotional intelligence to leadership.

Introduction – Why creative Leadership?

live in (operations are as lean as possible, so need creativity, innovation and inclusion).

VUCA - volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity

Leaders must think strategically to stay competitive and survive! Debate how this can be achieved!

This takes innovation, creativity - important to stakeholders – product and service development – a
culture of innovation and change readiness.

Decide what leadership concepts would benefit a future leader and why? When would a future
leader adopt different styles, models, or philosophies? Debate!

Transactional versus transformation, theory O versus theory E, leadership philosophies

Explain their importance to stakeholders.

Leadership During Change

Change is the only known constant, bring it back to VUCA world.

Manging change and what culture leaders could be adopted that would be beneficial. How does
leadership link with management and how is this managed during change. How do leadership enable
change?

Creating a change readiness culture as a leader – innovation culture

Change readiness / Sustaining change / Importance to stakeholders, competitive advantage

Conclusion

stakeholder engagement.

Write it to educate the reader on an issue, be critical, discursive and evaluate. Use frameworks,
tables and charts as word count is low. Use subheadings.
