AFFIDAVIT
I, PCpl John Eman Buot, of legal age, married and resident of Brgy Pajo, Zarraga, Iloilo,
after having been sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and state;
That I am a bonafide member of the Philippine National Police, designated as Intel
Operative and presently assigned at the Leganes Municipal Police Station, Leganes, Iloilo;
That last June 28, 2018, I was a member of searching party together with PCpl Vincent
Neil Defensor, headed by OIC PSI Dadje B Delima;
That this was the first time that I became a part of operation of Search Warrant since I
was assigned at Leganes Municipal Police Station last June 30, 2017 and designated as Intel
Operative;
That upon our arrival at the area, we looked for the subject person named “LOTLOT
AGUIRRE alias “LOTLOT and when we saw her, we introduced ourselves as Police Officers
from Leganes Police Station and presented the Search Warrant;
That our OIC summoned the representatives from DOJ and Media, however Punong
Barangay Jeorge Landoy and Barangay Kagawad Shirley Duque to witness the search;
That during the implementation of the search warrant the accused is present together
with the abovementioned barangay officials and her live-in partner, but she went back and forth
at her house and got hysterical;
That inside the house of LOTLOT, we conducted the search and PCpl Vincent Neil
Defensor, recovered fifteen (15) of heat-sealed sachets containing white crystalline substance
believed to be “Shabu”;
That we immediately presented the recovered drug items to the subject person LOTLOT
AGUIRRE alias “LOTLOT”;
That I immediately assisted PCpl Vincent Neil Defensor to effect the arrest of LOTLOT
AGUIRRE” informed her constitutional rights and the nature of her arrest;
That recovered drug items were marked and inventoried at the police station since the
weather condition that time is not favorable and subject was hysterical and uncontrollable,
moreover house of the accused is small and congested

March 18, 2021 6:10 PM- At about 3:30 PM of the same date, PMSg Willy Aquidado
together with PCpl Raymund Ofiaza, proceeded to Bgry Bo. Oberero, Lapaz, Iloilo City
for follow up investigation in connection to the re: missing Fire Extinguisher, last March
2, 2021 at Phoenix Gas Station at Brgy Poblacion, Leganes, Iloilo. That based on the
record of LTO, subject vehicle with description Mitsubishi white (FB 1998) plate number
FEN 183 registered in the name of Loreto Hortillosa Arenal resident of Bgry Bo.
Oberero, Lapaz, Iloilo City wherein according to the owner, said vehicle was sold to
John M Serra of Pavia, Iloilo last August 12, 2020. However, upon verification to the 2 nd
owner it was also sold to certain Jonathan Posadas Novillas at 47 Lopez Jeana Street,
Jaro, Iloilo City last June 19, 2020. For follow up investigation.

Blotter Entry No. 2021-03-280- FOR RECORD PURPOSES
March 4, 2021 2:34 PM-James Caro y Gumana, 41 years old, (DOD 3-17-1979),
married, resident of Bgry Cari Minor, Leganes, Iloilo, a Manager of Phoenix Gasoline
Station at Bgry Poblacion, Leganes, Iloilo. Informant personally reported to this station,
requested to put on record, alleges that last March 3, 2021, discovered that 1 unit of
Fire Extinguisher was missing. That upon reviewed of their CCTV, it turned out that last
March 2, 2021 at about 1:34PM, their Pump attendant while busy attending (fueling), a
white Service Van with plate number FEN 183 of NJN FARM (House of Organic Garden
Food at Harden Bgry Lincud Dingle, Iloilo), a male person, driver of said vehicle,
secretively took the said Fire Extinguisher and placed inside his service vehicle. For

That I believed that said incident was accidental in nature, hence I asked for an
apology with what happened. I am hereby undertaking that I will defray the
