19th NATIONAL SCIENCE QUEST
RATIONALE Republic Act No. 6713 is an act establishing a code of conduct and
ethical standards for
public officials and employees, to uphold the time-honored principle of
public office being a
public trust, granting incentives and rewards for exemplary service,
enumerating prohibited acts
and transactions and providing penalties for violations thereof and for
other purposes. It provides
guidelines or the norms of conduct for public officials and employees
to observe in the discharge
and execution of official duties. This code of conduct was expounded
in this training module and
below are a few things I understood about it.

below are a few things I understood about it.
The Association of Science Educators in the Philippines (ASEP)
will conduct the 19th National Science Quest on March 17-19, 2023
through online competition. The competition aims to promote
academic excellence in Science and Mathematics, likewise create
camaraderie and sportsmanship among students, pupils and coaches.
In connection to this matter, the Mathematics Department together
with the winning students of the School-Based Mathematics Festival
conducted last November 1-28, 2022 will join the said competition.

OBJECTIVES 1. Provide students the opportunity to hasten their problem solving
skills on the different contents in mathematics;
2. Apply mathematical concept using educational games;
3. Develop students critical and analytical thingking;
4. Poster healthy competition among students;
5. Acquire knowledge and skills in damath and rubik's cube; and
6. Produce mathematically inclined students who will represent to
the division, region, national and international levels
