Comparison of Adjectives

The document provides rules for making comparisons between adjectives in English: 1) Add -er to one-syllable adjectives like colder, hotter, faster. 2) Delete the -y from two-syllable adjectives ending in -y and add -ier, like busier, happier, noisier. 3) Add "more" before two or three syllable adjectives that don't follow the other rules, like more tired, more crowded, more difficult. 4) Irregular comparatives include good-better and bad-worse.
