AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, KIM ACAP SAN LUIS, of legal age, single, and with address at Barangay San
Nicolas, Oton, Iloilo, under oath, state:

1. THAT I am the daughter of Rogelio San Luis Jr. ;

2. THAT I have personal knowledge about the transaction between my father


and Spouses Camacho;

3. THAT Sometime in November 2020, we were able to talk with Roy


Camacho about his plan of borrowing money from my father;

4. That I also provided an amount of Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 80,000.00)


to my father to fund the same transaction;

5. THAT I accompanied my father in Roxas City, Capiz to deliver the amount


of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 100,000.00) sometime in 21
December 2020;

6. THAT I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing


facts and to support the claim of Rogelio San Luis against Spouses Roy and
Gerelyn Camacho.
