Dear Sirs,

Sub : Request of withdrawal of debit note

Ref : Ref: KPTL/ N.Gaon/40OKv / Exe/ 2l-22/ 29 Date:23.08.2021

We had executed the said work and later on work was stopped due to ROW issue and issued was
not resolved in time and during ROW conductor was issued to us for stringing work but unfortunate
incidence taken place some part of conductor was theft same FIR registered by us.

We have visited your site office on 15/09/22 and discussed the said matter

We hereby bring your kind notice that as per terms and conditions of work order clause 11 as
mentioned below

“The rates have been offered taking into consideration of the possibility of idling of your gang due
to way leave, supply of materials or any other reasons' Under circumstances will any idling
compensation be payable by the Company to you'”

Hence we are not claiming any idolization payment as per above clause but theft of conductor due
to stoppages of work same beyond in our control.

So considering site facts our humble request kindly withdrawal your debit note and settle our
balance payment amicably.
