Terms & Condition:-


1.The above quoted rate is inclusive with operator
2. The above rates does not include any taxes . All type of taxes i.e GST shall be borne by you
3.Minimum Time Period for hire is 24 Months
4.Diesel for running concrete pump shall be provided by you free of cost at the site of work
5.Monthly Payment shall be paid in advance upto 07th of every month
6.first month advance and freight charges of pump to deliver , shall be paid by you
7.You will provide accomodation and fooding to our concrete pump operator at free of cost
8.Total working days shall be 26 days in a month , four days is required for breakdown and maintenance
9.Rent shall be start from the date of dispatch
10.Security of concrete pump is your responsibility
11.In any case sudden machinary fail to work , we are not responsible any loss of concrete & cement
12.All dispute arising out of this contract/agreement shall be subject to the Ghaziabad jurisdiction only( Machinary will not be the part of
dispute
13. You will inform us 60 days before leaving of machine.
14.In case of any type of dispute with any agency, government,local authority or any person etc. we will be the owner of machinary , we
will be authorized to take back the machinary if required on your risk and cost
