COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA

OFFICE OF ATTORNEY GENERAL

MICHELLE A. HENRY
ATTORNEY GENERAL

March 20, 2023

The Honorable Josh Shapiro

Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
225 Main Capitol Building
Harrisburg, PA 17120

Dear Governor Shapiro:

Thank you for the opportunity to serve on the Unemployment Compensation Board for the
Commonwealth. As discussed previously, I recently joined the Commonwealth as an employee
of the Office of Attorney General and offered my resignation to the Unemployment
Compensation Board if required or requested.

After a review by counsel was completed, it was determined I should resign my position on the
board, which has already been given verbally. This letter is a formal acknowledgement of my
resignation on Friday, March 17th. It was a privilege to continue my public service as a board
member and I look forward to doing the same in the Office of Attorney General.

All the Best,

Marguerite Quinn
