油条 Fritters.
INGREDIENTS
• Ingredients
1. 250g bread or all purpose flour, sieved
2. 3g baking Soda
3. 7g baking powder
4. 100g ice water
5. 2g salt
6. 1 whole egg (approx 60-62g per pc)
7. 20g cooking oil

3. 7g baking powder
4. 1g dry yeast
5. 100g plain water (boiled and Ensure cool)
6. 3g salt
7. 1 whole egg (approx 60-62g per pc)
8. 20g cooking oil
• Ingredients
1. 250g bread or all purpose flour, sieved
2. 3g baking Soda
3. 7g baking powder
4. 100g ice water
5. 2g salt

COOKING METHOD

Step 1
Place water, baking soda, baking powder and dry yeast in a clean TM mixing bowl to mix

Step 2
Add egg, salt and oil to mix

Step 3
Add plain flour (you can use bread flour or all purpose flour too) and salt to knead

Step 4
Pour dough into a grease with a little oil in plastic bag. Place flat and keep in fridge at min 8

Step 5
Remove from fridge and let it thaw for 2 hours at room temperature.
