Apple Method
1. Place order for pickup or delivery.
(Limits 10k 3 Items)
2. Contact support BY PHONE
3. Tell support 1 item was damaged so
you'd rather replace everything in case
the other items are also damaged and
that you want replacements and you
need em quick as its for a gift
4. They should put you on hold and say
they'll send you labels for returns and
expedite replacements
5. Update to this after call
6. After that's done wait 1 hours then do
step 7
7. Check and see if order says OTW or IN
STOCK then start next step
8. Call back and cancel replacement and
request refund instead in same call
9. Should get a refund email stating your
order was canceled that means it
worked.
