Job Title: Service Accountant & Administration (DEC 2012-July 2019)
Responsibilities & Duties: Accountant
• Receiving cash / cheque & credit card payment from Walk-in customers for spare parts sale & service of
appliances & electronic items and from Technicians against Cash summary sheets and Service notifications
and processing the same in SAP.
• Credit invoicing against LPO received by institutional customers, Preparing SOA for all institutional
customers on weekly basis.
• Handling Petty Cash of Service Centre towards expenses against approved procedure, preparing Expense
sheets and send to HO for reimbursement and ensuring strict compliance of the same
• Preparing ‘Daily Cash Report’, arranging to deposit and sending the report to HO.
• Maintaining records of expenses on Vehicle maintenance at regular periods.Maintaining records of service
