AWOL Notice

Subject: Absence Without Official Leave (AWOL) Termination Notice

We regret to inform you that your employment with AMIANAN SECURITY AND INVESTIGATION
AGENCY has been terminated due to your unexplained and prolonged absence from work. Despite our
efforts to reach out to you and provide you with ample opportunity to explain your absence and return to
work, you have been absent without leave (AWOL) since February 11, 2023.
Despite numerous attempts to contact your through various means there has been no response or
communication from you whatsoever. In addition, you have failed to provide any explanation or
justification for your absence.
Your actions have caused significant disruption to the company's operations. Given the seriousness of this
matter and the impact it has on the business, we have no other option but to terminate your employment
with immediate effect.
In view of your failure to report for work and provide any communication or justification for your
absence, we have no option but to initiate a termination. In accordance with the company's policy on
employee absenteeism, we will follow the required procedures to address this matter.
Please let me know if you have any questions or require any additional information.
