1. Are you in favor of the RA 10354? Why or why


not?
I am in favor of RA 10354 because it gives women
a choice to do what they want with their body. It
gives them access to contraceptives for all citizens
including impoverished communities and the law
highly suggest to consider family planning which
can help avoid overpopulation in our country. It
also eliminates any violence against women and
protects their rights.

2. The RA 10354 became a national issue when it


was proposed. Why are there some people who
are not in favor of it?
There are some people who aren’t in favor of it
because many people thinks that the law is
intended to kill the unborn and control the
population or degrade the sanctity of marriage. 

3. How does a law about family planning affect the


citizens of a country?
The law about family planning affects the citizens
in a way that the maternal deaths will reduce
greatly and the unplanned pregnancies will lessen.
4. Do you think that the RH Law is really preserving
life when it tries to prevent conception artificially?
Why?
The RH Law is preserving life even when it tries to
prevent conception artificially in a way that the
baby the parents will have is planned and that
they are sure they can provide the needs of it. No
babies will be neglected and treated in an
unacceptable way because their parents aren’t
ready for the responsibility that comes with having
a child.

5. How will you inform other people about the


importance of the RH Law?
I will inform other people about the importance of
the RH Law by communicating and being open
about my learning about the law. I will try to
educate them about the benefits and the summary
of the law while also respecting their opinions. I
can also post or make an info graphics about it to
show people on social media the importance of it.
