Charges: MOD Stamp duty Rs. 0.3% of Loan amount + NOI 6. Mention your contact number in
Reg. 0.5% or Rs 15000 whichever less + Rs. 1200 Legal Fees email, & mark cc this email to your
Inclusive of GST Home Loan Executive.
Note: Please calculate stamp duty amount to next round off
to hundred, Example: If Loan Amt 32.25 Lakhs Fees is Rs.
9675 then take Rs 9700 + 15000 + 1200 = Rs 25900
