Dear Mayor Timcang,

Our basketball team at Division of Siargao is excited to participate in the upcoming Caraga
Regional Meet 2023, which will be held on April 24, 2023. As we prepare for this event, we are
seeking support from generous sponsors like you to help us achieve our goals.

Participating in the Caraga Regional Meet is a great opportunity for our team to showcase our
skills and compete against other talented basketball teams from the region. This event also
provides a chance for our team to grow, learn and develop as athletes.

However, we cannot do this alone, and we are reaching out to you to ask for your support. Your
donation will help us cover expenses such as uniforms, transportation, and equipment. It will
also allow us to participate in training camps to help us improve our skills and prepare for the
event.
