That, I am voluntarily waiving my right and interests over the above-described plan including all
other benefits to my brother, JUDE ANTHONY SAYSON, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of
Colonia, Tuburan, Cebu;

That, I am executing this Waiver of Rights un utmost good faith fully aware of my rights
under the laws and free from any form of duress and coercion;

That, I am executing this Waiver in order to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing for whatever
legal purpose this may serve.
