17 sc = about 4 in. (10 cm) using smaller hook and A.
BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE.
NOTES
1. Hat is worked in one piece, from top down to brim, in continuous rnds (spiral).
2. Flowers are made separately and sewn to Hat
