The 1SR154-400/1SR154-600 is a small surface mount rectifier diode that features outstanding reverse surge capability and high reliability. It has a maximum peak reverse voltage of 500V for the 1SR154-400 and 750V for the 1SR154-600. The diode has a mean rectifying current of 1A and can handle peak forward surge currents of up to 30A.
