House Rental Contract

This contract is an agreement between ________________, who will be renting a house from AZE EDRIAN NAVALAN, who owns the house being rented. This

arrangement will begin on ___________ and will only last for a year.

The rent for this house will be FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 5,000) per month. This amount must be paid on every 30 day of the month. Late payments will

incur a fee of 20 pesos per day. Upon mutual agreement, the renter must pay one-month advance and one-month deposit which will be held for the duration of the

lease and will be returned to the renter within one month after the keys are surrendered if there's no damage in the property as inspected by the owner. A receipt will be

provided by the owner for every transaction. Notices will also be distributed for every delayed payment.

House Rules are as follows:

I.No major alterations will be made to the house without prior discussion with the owner. This includes painting, changes in interior and exterior, and

installation of any permanent changes.

II.Utilities will be the responsibility of the tenant. The renter will pay the billed amount on time to avoid disconnections. This includes water and electricity. If

the utilities will happen to be disconnected within the duration of the lease, the renter will shoulder any reconnection fees and penalties.

III. The owner has the right to enter the house with an advanced notice of 24 hours for any reason. In an emergency, owner may violate this right and enter

immediately. Emergencies include those instances in which the property is in immediate danger, such as from a fire.

IV.The renter will pay the monthly HOA collection amounting to Php 100.00 to the HOA officer who's in charge for the collection within the duration of the

lease.

V.The renter can use the following items:

 sofa (Sala set)

 bed frame

 Refrigerator

Any damage to property including the items listed will be renter's liability and will have to pay liquidated damages.

By signing this agreement, the renter acknowledges that a complete list of these rules has been provided to him or her, and that the renter has read and understood these

rules.

Signing this agreement implies full understanding of the above conditions and the rental agreement. This agreement cannot be altered without full informed consent in

writing provided by both parties. In certain cases of violation, the tenant may be required to vacate without appeal.
